We do all kind of custom work in jewelry. Even the ones which othes can't do we can do those orders as well. We have jewelers, setters, polishers on staff with years of experience.

One proof, one quote, one invoice at a time. This is the entire process — no fine print beyond what you read here.

  1. 01

    Send anything

    A pencil sketch, a phone photo, an inspiration shot, or a finished CAD file — STL, 3DM, or STEP, up to 1 GB through the quote portal. Any starting point works; the further along your file is, the faster the proof.

  2. 02

    Proof & quote in 24 hours

    Within one business day you receive a production-grade, photoreal design proof to put in front of your customer. Approve it and a firm wholesale quote follows with stone options and a delivery date. No obligation until you approve the quote.

  3. 03

    Payment terms

    First three orders: 50% deposit at CAD approval, balance before ship.

    Established accounts: Net 30 with a maximum of one open invoice at a time — the prior invoice clears before the next order starts. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month.

    Custom work is made to order and non-returnable. No memo on custom, ever.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

    Stones sourced through standing Diamond District relationships on 47th Street — GIA and IGI certified where the job calls for it. Cast, set, finished, and quality-checked in New York, delivered in 7–10 days. Ships fully white-label under your store's name; your customer never sees ours.
